Ukraine was probably busy in fighting the war with Russia and did not issue a proper postage stamp to celebrate "150 Years of UPU" in 2024. However a personalized stamp has been found online showing the same UPU150 logo and the theme to commemorate 150th Anniversary of Universal Postal Union (UPU). Exact date of issue is not known.
