UPU's EMS Cooperative 2019 Stamps Complete List - Issued on 20th Anniversary

The UPU's EMS Cooperative celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2019. Founded the Beijing Congress on 10 September 1999, the EMS has been working with postal operators on developing delivery with a high, competitive Express Mail Service worldwide.

The stamp was unveiled on the EMS Cooperative's Anniversary. 21 countries agreed to issue the stamp with others likely to join later. Most of the countries issued the commemorative stamp on 10 September 2019.
