However a personalized stamp has been found online showing the same UPU150 logo and the theme to commemorate 150th Anniversary of Universal Postal Union (UPU). Exact date of issue is not known.

This Qatar UPU Stamp issue marks the 150th anniversary of the Universal Postal Union, highlighting the organization’s historic contribution to global communication and postal systems.

The single stamp issued on the occasion of 150 Years of UPU has a face value of 5 Qatari Riyals. Apparently it seems to be a self-adhesive stamp.
