Mali 2024 - 150 Years of UPU - An interesting Story

So here's a tricky issue from UPU150 stamps list ... And an interesting story.

While searching online, I found a stamp of Mali with a denomination of 200 Francs. You can see the image below.

However it was not all.

Having searched a little deeper, I found another small sheet with 6 stamps from Mali on eBay.

The seller claims that only 100 of these sheetlets have been issued and each one is a numbered sheet from 001 to 100. 

On closer inspection, it revealed that each stamp on this sheetlet from Mali has a different UPU150 logo - Mainly these are in different languages, including the last one in Arabic text. The date given at the bottom of the sheetlet is 22 May 2024. Below are the image with 7 stamps.

Thus we can deduce that Republic of Mali has issued 7 different stamps to celebrate 150th Anniversary of Universal Postal Union (UPU); however at the moment I cannot confirm whether the sheetlet is an official issue or not. 

Can anyone else shed some light about this issue from Mali?
