While looking for new stamp issues on "150 Years of UPU", I found a stamp from the beautiful country of Nepal. I tried to verify the stamp issue from the official Nepal Post website but could not succeed, as the website was not updated recently.

It seems to be a self-adhesive stamp from Nepal, as you can see in this block of 4:

A First Day Cover is also found on eBay but interestingly only one seller is selling this Nepal UPU stamp and FDC.

I wonder if it's an official UPU stamp issue from Nepal or just a private effort.
