Bosnia and Herzegovina (Republic of Srpska) issued a beautiful stamp to commemorate 150 Years of UPU on 9 October 2024. It's one of my favorite stamps from the #UPU150 set of stamps.
A Small Geography Lesson: Republika Srpska, also known as the Serb Republic, is one of the two entities of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is located in the north and east of the country. Republika Srpska was formed as part of the Dayton Peace Accords in 1995, which joined it with the other entity, the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is important to note that Republika Srpska is not the same as Serbia; it is a separate political sub-state entity within Bosnia and Herzegovina.
