Azerbaijan was probably the first country to issue stamps and souvenir sheet on the occasion of 150 Years of UPU. AzerPost issued a souvenir sheet with 2 stamps on 1 February 2024. This issue basically made the ground for the same design omnibus issue later for 150 Years of Universal Postal Union (UPU) #UPU150 #150UPU.
