Botswana - 150 Years of Universal Postal Union (UPU) 2024 #UPU150 #150UPU

I came across this souvenir sheet from Botswana online, apparently issued on 150th Anniversary of UPU and featuring the official UPU150 logo in the top-right corner of the sheet. #UPU150 is also written below the logo.

Botswana Stamp Souvenir Sheet on 150 Years of UPU - 2024

Anyone having any idea if this is a legitimate sheet, issued on "150 Years of UPU" by Botswana Post or otherwise? To me, it seems that an older souvenir sheet has been overprinted/ re-printed with UPU150 logo to join the never-ending list of countries taking part in celebrating "150 Years of UPU".

I tried to check on Botswana Post Website but could not find any further information.

Do you think that it's a legitimate UPU150 souvenir sheet issued by Botswana to commemorate "150 Years of UPU" or not??
