Oman issued a beautiful round-shaped stamp to commemorate 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia and I got lucky in receiving a gorgeous cover posted with a pair of stamps.
The cover was posted from CPO Mascat. The denomination of the stamp is 500 Baisa.
Not a very common cover, it was posted to me on 10 Dec 2018. It reached me in just 6 days on 16 Dec 2018.
